Transform your gut health and DeBloat! There’s nothing quite like waking up in the morning and seeing that morning-time skinny in the mirror! My stomach looks so flat and toned, and I always wish it would stay that way all day. Unfortunately, as soon as I start eating, my stomach begins to bloat. By the end of the day, I often have a tummy pouch. Not only does my stomach hurt but I just hate how much it expands throughout the day.
I started using a product called De-Bloat, which is intended to be consumed every morning on an empty stomach. It’s a powder that you mix with water, available in orange citrus and peach flavors. While it’s not necessarily meant to curb hunger, it tricks me because it tastes so much like real oranges.
How DeBloat Works
You need to consistently take it for at least three days to start to transform your gut health and DeBloat. It claims to reduce bloating and cramping, promote the healing of your gut barrier, and aid in detoxification and immunity. The best part is, it contains no artificial ingredients! It’s made with all-natural ingredients, including three unique strains of probiotics, an organic prebiotic called baobab, turmeric for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and orange for its classic citrus flavor.
To use De-Bloat, take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Mix one scoop or stick with 12 to 20 ounces of water and shake or stir. I usually let it digest for a few minutes before eating, although there’s no specific instruction about this on the website.
Supplementing with prebiotics and probiotics supports a healthy gut microbiome. Not only does my stomach not bloat, but it also feels much better. I regularly use Promix products because they are made with clean, organic ingredients, and many come in glass containers with metal scoops. I’ve never tried other de-bloat products for comparison, but I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my gut health and the appearance of my stomach by the end of the day. No more tummy pouch!
After a few months of using De-Bloat and loving it, I introduced it to my mom, who often complained about her stomach bloating by the end of the day. She tried it and was immediately hooked!
